Tiny House in the Forest with a Terrace – Just One Hour from Warsaw

Time seems to slow down here, giving you a true sense of connection with nature. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, hundreds of meters of beautiful forest become part of the interior, offering stunning views without leaving your seat.

The house is air-conditioned, and the bathroom features underfloor heating for extra comfort. Guests have access to a spacious terrace (approx. 25 m²), a private forest area (approx. 3,500 m²), and a meadow of around 3,000 m² in front of the cabin – all located on our private property.

Two bicycles and SUP boards are available for guests, and there are plenty of great running trails nearby. The well-known Sielanka restaurant and horse-riding center are just 10 minutes away. The Kazimierz Pułaski Park and Museum, home to an original copy of the Polish Constitution of May 3rd, is only 12 minutes away. The Pilica River, perfect for kayaking trips, is just 3 km from the cabin.

Upon prior arrangement, we can also provide a powerful fat-tire electric bike for an additional fee – riding it through the forest is a lot of fun.

Please note:

Mobile phone reception in the area is limited. We do provide Wi-Fi, which is usually stable but not particularly fast. It is sufficient for remote work, video calls, and Teams meetings.

The garden and landscaping are still being finalized (lawn care, irrigation, etc.), but no work will be carried out during guests' stays. The property is not fenced, but it is very safe, as most of the surrounding land belongs to us or our friends.

Within sight of the cabin, about 100 meters away, there are two small holiday cottages owned by our friends. They usually visit on weekends, so during the week you will most likely have the area almost entirely to yourself.

There is also a house under construction on the neighboring plot. However, no construction work is carried out while guests are staying at the property.
